REAL was great to work with. They did a great job on my project. They were great to work with because they were responsive, delivered the product as promised, did a great job in resolving higher-level issues (they don’t JUST do exactly what you tell them to do, but go above and beyond to architect the system properly) and importantly, are cost-effective and kind. I had checked with a few other service providers before deciding to work with REAL Automation Solutions, but am glad that I ultimately went with them.
